The WhatsApp link is ideal for collecting deposits and balances remotely: you generate it in the back-office, the guest pays from their phone and the charge lands on the reservation folio. Everything reconciles in the same cash desk, whatever the rail, so the close balances itself. We never hardcode payment data: cards are tokenized via the PSP, meeting PCI. You get paid faster and with less friction.
